Mix all icing ingredients together
Grease pan. Combine yeast and flour. Heat milk, sugar, shortening, and salt until shortening is melted. Add to dry ingredients. Add eggs. Stir. Cover and let rise in greased pan or bowl for 1-1/2 hours. Put on floured surface and knead until you can roll it out. Divide the dough in half. Roll each half in a rectangle 1/4 inch thick. Spread glaze on each rectangle. Roll and cut into 1 inch slices. Put in greased pan or on parchment paper. Let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and top with icing.
